1.2.Comments
Overall ICME quality index: 2
SW type: EJ
ICME signatures: slight increase of magnetic field during the beginning of disturbance.
relatively low proton density
decreasing velocity during disturbance
low proton temperature than expected temperature

Based on 400 km/s -> search window 144.000 hrs or 6.00000 days -> 2013/02/07 17:00:00.000

2. CME
2.1. A. Candidate A
A.1. LASCO:
#CME 2013/02/09 06:36 UT, partial halo (from CDAW)
angle: 198, velocity: 617 km/s
LF is not distinctive in LASCO FOV.

A.2. STEREO:
Seen as a major CME in both COR2-A and COR2 B
SEEDS vel: 693 km/s (STEREO-A at 06:54)
A.3. AIA & GOES
Associated with a C2.4 flare, peaked at 06:40 UT on 2013/02/09, from a decayed region (N23W07). Though filament was observed to lie at the flare location, it was not observed to erupt.

A.4 Comment:
Likely the source of disturbance
Based on the propagation direction, only slight interaction of ejecta (limb of ejecta) is possible.
