Scintillation data from GPS L1 (1.575 GHz) measurements.  Data is taken at 50 Hz and the s4 index is calculated and recorded every 30 seconds from amplitude measurements.

Filenames:
YYMMDDSS.eps where:
	YY is the year (e.g., 2002 is 02)
	MM is the month (e.g., October is 10)
	DD is the day
	SS is the two-digit station identifier

The stations included are:
	K0 - Haleakala, HI
	L0 - Ithaca, NY
	c0 - Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil
	g0 - Cachoeira Paulista, Brazil
	i0 - Sao Luis, Brazil
	k1 - Cuiaba, Brazil
	l0 - Palmas-Parana, Brazil
	s0 - Sao Martino da Serra, Brazil
	y0 - Manaus, Brazil
