MAXIS Balloon summary plots and event information provide by R. Millan (Robyn.Millan@dartmouth.edu  603-646-3969).

Summary plots show 10 second averaged X-ray countrate between 20-1300 keV and 180-1300 keV as measured by the MAXIS germanium detector (GeD). Each plot shows data for a three day interval in January 2000. Each interval is labeled with a letter (A, B, C, D) and identified X-ray events are labeled by subinterval (i.e. B2a). The X-rays are bremsstrahlung produced by precipitating electrons. 

Filename convention: MAXIS_year_monthday1.day2 where day 1 and day 2 are start aand end days of data shown. For example, MAXIS_2000_jan15.17.pdf shows data from January 15, 2000 through January 17, 2000
