	Links to the yearly shock pages in [wi_data] that then take you to the
	analysis page for each event.

wind_ip_shocks.xls

	An Excel spreadsheet listing the 79 major events and any IP shocks seen at 
	Wind in the days preceeding the time of minimum Dst.  If a shock is seen I
	give the time in fractional DOY that the shock passed Wind, along with the
	location of Wind in GSE, the reference ID number to look up the event in the
	shock database, and any comments about the data.  I'm working on adding
	columns to this spreadsheet to give predicted arrival times at Earth and
	shock parameters from the individual shock analysis output.

[wi_data]

	This directory holds the inidividual shock analysis pages, plots, tables, 
	IDL save files with a day of plasma browse data around each event.  It also
	has html files for each year of the Wind mission to link to the events.

	Contains all Wind/SWE
 plasma data for 2003 DOY 302-304
	The swe_fc_fast_data.*.txt files hold the Wind measurements
	The swe_fc_fast_notes.*.txt files hold comments about the Wind spectra
	oct2003_cme_pls_data.txt is a file with bulk plasma data for 300-310
	oct2003_cme_mag_data.txt is a file with field data for 300-310
	oct2003_i8_pls.txt is IMP-8 plasma data (IMP-8 was in the solar wind before 
		the first CME arrived.  The speeds were too high for the Faraday Cup
		on IMP-8 but these data are useful for establishing the upstream
		speed, density, and temperature before the event).  In this file 
		I've listed the DOY, speed, temperature, and density.
